I tend to avoid high wasted stuff because it makes me look like a midget on stilts because of that: I have three decos, they all seem the exact same except one gives me super extra lift and the other two are normal. I think you need to use a proxy service to order, if that's the case, you can use Zenmarket. I'm the same bra size as you and if I wear anything high waisted it makes my chest look larger because my waist looks smaller and my legs look longer. But maybe it's giving me 30F because my breasts are so round so they need the extra volume with the lower band size? I've worn a 32E and it felt the same as a 32DD before, not totally positive if it was UK sized though so maybe that was why?
