Pelvic pain in transgender men can be a clinical challenge and has a broad differential diagnosis. Older women produce less vaginal lubrication and reduced estrogen levels may be associated with increased vaginal dryness. The general approach to the workup of pelvic pain in transgender men is similar to that for non-transgender women. Doesn't sound like something I'd be thrilled about either tbh.
